About the role
n This is an exciting prospect to join a high-performing transformation program on an initial 8-month fixed-term contract, delivering a simplified, modern system environment and improved customer experience. As Change Manager, you'll lead the people side of a significant transformation, developing and executing the change strategy across internal and external stakeholders. You'll navigate complex business interdependencies to drive adoption, minimise disruption and embed sustainable ways of working.

What's Required
n The roleis looking fora high energy, self-motivatyed Change Manager with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.




n More specifically they will have the following skills and experience:
n
n
Professional Change Management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, Change Management Institute (CMI) or equivalent.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Change Management, Business, Organisational Development or a related discipline preferred.
n
Competence with Microsoft Office product suite.
n
Proven experience leading change management in large-scale transformation programs across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
n
Experience managing change impacts across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
n
Exceptional communication skills.
n
Strong project management skills.
n
Ability to commence from the start of October.
