You will have the opportunity to work with theHousekeeping Department This is an exciting opportunity foryou to grow your hotel skill setin order to build a career with-in The Langham, shall you be determined and dedicated.

This positionis an integral part of a high performing hotel team, and a key contributor to the hotel's ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include
n
n
Complete the number of rooms that are required in the required time frame
n
Ensure that all rooms are completed to The Langham, Melbourne standard.
n
Ability to self-check your room when completed
n
Use the correct cleaning products on the appropriate items
n
Restock trolley top every day after use
n
Actively engage with the guests & answer all guest queries
n




Clean rooms and work in public areas as required
n
Follow and implement new processes
n
n

HYGIENE AND GROOMING - Naturally in the service industry high standards of personal presentation, hygiene, grooming, and conservative hairstyles are of the greatest importance. This must be present throughout the interview stage.
