In this key role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care and support to our patients, working closely with our GPs to ensure the best possible health outcomes.

Immunisations and wound care

Chronic condition management

Health assessments

Assisting with minor procedures
n
Cold chain management and infection control
n
Patient education and triage
n
Health promotions

What we're looking for
n
n
A current AHPRA registration
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary care setting
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, doctors and staff
n
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
n
A compassionate, patient-centred approach to nursing care
n




Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Up to date with immunisations
n
Available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
n
