About the Role n
We're looking for a passionate Team Leader to manage a Supported Independent Living (SIL) service on the Central Coast. You'll lead a team of dedicated direct support professionals, ensuring high quality person-centred care that empowers clients to thrive.
Key responsibilities include: n
n
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of SIL sites.
n
Ensuring homes are safe, welcoming, and compliant.
n
Leading the development and review of person-centered support plan
n
Ensuring documentation is accurate and aligned with policy and system requirements.
n




Supporting clients during NDIS planning and review meetings
n
Participating in behaviour support planning and restrictive practices where required
n
Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance performance and engagement.
n
Coordinating rosters, leave and recruitment with HR and Scheduling teams.
n
Who We're Looking For n
n
2-3 years leadership experience in the disability sector
n
Willingness to participate in flexible working hours including on call, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Energetic, compassionate, and emotionally resilient
n
Excellent organisational, communication and coaching skills
n
Hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2/full) and are confident driving Unisson vehicles.
n
Qualified with Cert III/IV in Disability (desirable)
n
