MacKellar is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join our production team at our mining operation near Nyngan, NSW.
n
You'll work a family-friendly 7 days on, 7 days off roster, operating CAT 777 haul trucks as part of an experienced production crew.

The Role
n
As a Haul Truck Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining protected and efficient production across the site.
n
You'll be responsible for operating large mining haul trucks,



meeting production targets and working closely with the wider production team to keep the operation moving.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
CAT 777 haul trucks or similar-sized equipment
n
Completing pre-start inspections and equipment checks
n
Reporting faults and maintenance requirements
n
Following site procedures, mine plans and safety standards
n
Maintaining safe and productive operating practices
n
Working closely with Supervisors, Dispatch and fellow operators
n
Contributing to daily production targets
n
Maintaining a high standard of equipment care and housekeeping
n

What You'll Bring
n
To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Demonstrated mining experience operating haul trucks
n
CAT 777 or similar-sized haul truck experience – essential
n
Strong understanding of safe mining practices and risk management
n
Commitment to site safety and compliance
n
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
n
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
n
Current Australian driver's licence
n
Ability to DIDO to site and work a rotating 7/7 roster
