Job Description
City FM Australia is seeking an energetic Team Leader to support a diverse contact centre team across a 24/7 operation. You will mentor, motivate and manage staff while ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved.
n
Working Monday to Friday with 7:00am–7:00pm shifts, with the option to work from home two days per week, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain high service levels.
