About the Job:

We're looking for Customer Service superstars ready to hit the ground running in a temp role with the potential to extend up to 6 months and possibly beyond.
n
This is an immediate start, and we're looking for people who can handle volume, stay calm under pressure and genuinely care about solving problems.
n
Think building relationships, running thorough investigations into customer issues and helping customers feel heard, understood, and supported.
n
If you've worked in a call centre before, especially with escalations, complaints, or complex cases, you'll be right at home here! A background in automotive,



insurance or banking is a bonus but not essential.

About You:

Previous experience within a Customer Service setting, preferred Call Centre but not essential
n
A genuine, humble approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
n
Excellent communication skills verbal and written$37ph+Super

Work from home (hybrid), post onboarding
n
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
