The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator of Well-Being, you will:

Lead a team delivering services that support community engagement
n
Ensure services meet the needs of new policies and initiatives
n
Support continued partnerships across community and aged care providers
n
This is a locum assignment for approximatly 6 weeks with the potential to extend
n

About You

n

Proven people leadership experience

n

Experience in community development

n

Background in aged care, community health or social services

n

Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills

n

Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable
