Aspect Windows is a family-owned Melbourne business with more than 35 years’ experience manufacturing high-quality timber windows and doors.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Joiner / Carpenter to join our friendly, skilled production team. Many of our team members have been with us for more than 10 years, reflecting our focus on quality, teamwork and long-term employment.

The Role

This is primarily a bench-based manufacturing role involving:
Assembly of high-end timber windows and doors
Awning, casement and double-hung windows
Sliding and stacker doors
General timber window and door manufacturing
Occasional on‑site service work using a company vehicle
Working with the production team to maintain high-quality standards
Training will be provided on our products and systems.

About You

You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in timber window and door manufacturing or a related trade, such as:
Joinery
Cabinet making
High‑end timber assembly or manufacturing

You will also be:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Honest, self‑motivated and quality‑focused




Proud of your workmanship
A team player with a adaptable attitude
Friendly and easy to work with
Committed to safe work practices
Willing to work overtime when required

A driver’s licence is preferred for occasional service work but is not essential.
