Sodexo is seeking a Regional Cleaning Business Lead to join the IFMS contract across Western Australia, in office with an 8 days on, 6 days off roster. You will lead cleaning performance, drive continuous improvement and act as internal consultant to uplift contract outcomes.

Reporting to Operations Excellence, you will onboard staff, standardise cleaning practices, develop capability, and deliver KPI-based insights across sites while maintaining health and safety and inclusion values.
