About the Home

Walmsley Aged Care is a welcoming 120‑bed residential community offering independent living through to clinical care and memory support, with an on‑site café, private dining, salon, spa and gym.

The Role

As Registered Nurse, you'll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
Ensure secure, person‑centred,



compliant care every day
Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle, Allied Health, Additional Services)
Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes

About You
RN with current AHPRA registration
Knowledge of AN‑ACC , NQIP , ACQSC
Residential Aged Care leadership experience
Solid communication and coaching capability
Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years experience in Aged Care

Role Perm Part time. Sunday through to Wednesday 7.00am to 3.00pm
