Financial Accounting Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial accountant / Finance Managerto take the lead and play a key role in driving financial excellence across the business. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial thinking, people leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

n

n
Lead day-to-day Finance operations and a high-performing Finance team.
n
Own monthly and quarterly reporting, financial analysis, forecasting and variance reporting.
n
Ensure robust financial controls, reconciliations and reporting accuracy.
n
Manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet integrity.
n
Oversee payroll and key statutory obligations including BAS, FBT, payroll tax and superannuation.
n
Lead internal and external audit processes and maintain robust compliance standards.
n




Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and improve Finance processes.
n
Coach and mentor the Finance team
n

What You'll Bring

Qualified accountant, with proven experience leading and developing Finance teams.
n
Solid technical accounting, reporting, controls and compliance experience.
n
Broad knowledge across the full Finance function.
n
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
