A high-end private residence in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking a reliable, discreet and hands-on House & Maintenance / Yard Attendant to support the day-to-day operation of the home.

n

This role reports directly to the Estate Manager and involves a combination of general support of household duties, property maintenance and garden/outdoor care. The successful candidate will be practical, proactive and take pride in maintaining a private residence to a high standard both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Duties

n

n
Conduct routine property checks
n
Perform minor repairs and general upkeep
n
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks
n
Maintain tools and equipment
n
General yard work including mowing, edging, trimming and leaf clearing
n
Maintain lawns, garden beds and outdoor areas
n
Ensure driveways, pathway and entertaining areas are clean and well-presented
n

General House Duties

n

n
Assist with general household tasks as required
n




Maintain presentation of internal living areas
n
Support with event preparation and general home organisation
n
Coordinate trades and service providers as directed
n

n

Koi Fish & Pond Care

n

n
Daily feeding and monitoring of koi fish
n
Maintain pond cleanliness and filtration systems
n
Monitor water condition and coordinate servicing if required
n

n

Pet Care

n

n
Daily dog walking
n
Feeding and general care
n
Assist with vet visits when required
n

n

About You

n

n
Previous experience in a private home or property maintenance role preferred
n
Strong practical maintenance skills
n
Experience with pond or koi fish care an advantage
n
Reliable, trustworthy and skilled
n
Valid NSW Driver's Licence
n
Employment is subject to a satisfactory National Police Check and pre-employment medical assessment relevant to the requirements of the role.
