Commercial Sales and Leasing Administrator

n

You will support the sales and leasing team end to end — from the moment a listing is signed through to settlement. Reporting to the Sales Director and Business Manager, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, prepare client-facing material, and keep the administration behind every deal running cleanly.

Key responsibilities

n

Coordinating marketing campaigns — media bookings, signboards, PR and publications, website listings, and mailing lists drawn from our buyer databases

n

Producing weekly and monthly e-brochures, the quarterly newsletter, and monthly flyers to prospective vendors and building owners

n

Assisting with Property Sale Submissions, Property Information Reports and property investment reports

n

Preparing weekly written updates to clients, and minutes of the weekly sales meeting

n

Preparing sales commission invoices and marketing tax invoices, and following up payment

n

Maintaining the sales database and researching sales and real estate data

n

Liaising with service suppliers, and with Trust Accounts and General Accounts on marketing and sales invoices





n

Assisting with pre-listing kits, buyer, builder and valuer inspections, and pre-settlement inspections

n

Responding to enquiries promptly, and covering reception over lunch and as required

n

About you

n

Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise across several live campaigns

n

Strong Word and Excel skills

n

Robust or excellent skills with prodcution platforms like Canva, InDesign or equivalent

n

Excellent written English — you will be proof reading material that goes to clients

n

A creative eye for marketing and promotion

n

A valuable telephone manner and a genuine team approach

n

Experience in real estate, property or professional services administration is an advantage, but we will consider solid candidates from any background who can demonstrate the above
