Job Description
We are looking for female support workers to assist a high-intensity SIL female participant in the Bendigo Area
n
Key responsibilities
n
Provide support to a High-Intensity Female Participant
n
Must have experience with high-intensity participants
n
Support the participant with bed transfers, so manual handling is mandatory
n
PEG Feeding
n
Manual Handing required
n
Provide a calm approach to challenging situations with the participant
n
Support the participant with key Behaviour Strategies to assist the participant.
n
Support the participant in feeling confident
n
Work as part of a team
n
Record adequate goal-oriented shift notes
n
Liaise with the team leader to ensure the care of the participant is goal-oriented and meets the key elements of the support plan.
n
About you
n
2+years Experience is essential, with specific experience required for SIL High Intensity Participants
