Haidley Homes is looking for a reliable, fit and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. You'll be working across residential building and construction projects. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade and build a long-term career in construction.

Key responsibilities
Work on residential building and construction projects
Perform manual work throughout the day
Follow instructions and work independently when required
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and keeping the job site clean and organised
Demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude
Maintain a professional appearance and pride in representing the company

About you
Experience as a construction labourer and/or carpenter
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
A current manual driver's licence
Your own reliable transport




Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work throughout the day
Basic knowledge of carpentry and general construction
A willingness to learn and develop your trade skills
The ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
A solid focus on safety, quality and keeping the job site clean and organised
Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
A variety of residential construction projects
