About the Opportunity
Are you a visionary commercial leader ready to take ownership of an organisation's growth trajectory?
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to report directly to the Managing Director and lead our commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and brand leadership.
This role offers a unique balance of strategic leadership and operational execution, giving you full scope across sales, marketing, business development, client pricing, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals; lead annual revenue planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
Revenue & Sales Management: Drive revenue growth, establish KPIs, oversee key account management, manage pipeline performance, and lead/coach sales teams.
Brand & Marketing Execution: Oversee brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, digital campaigns, public relations, and events, ensuring consistent messaging and clear ROI.
Business Development & Partnerships: Identify new market opportunities, lead high-value tenders/proposals, negotiate commercial contracts,



and represent the business at industry forums.
Commercial & Operational Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, set clientpricing/quotations,and implement contemporary CRM and data analytics capabilities.
Culture & Team Development: Build a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture while mentoring team members.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of proven senior leadership experience across sales, marketing, and business development.
Track Record: A clear history of driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market presence, and negotiating strategic partnerships.
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience in setting pricing, managing P&L;/budgets, and preparing complexquotations/tenders.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams in a high-performance environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline is essential (MBA or postgraduate qualification desirable).
