Pronto Pilates in Sandy Bay is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist to cover shifts and support the Studio Success Manager.
You will ensure a 5-star class experience by overseeing cleanliness, equipment, ambience, stock and member engagement.
Hours are flexible with no fixed shifts; the role may include on-call and local outreach.
Compensation ranges from $30–$40 AUD per hour, with incentives based on performance.
Training provided in a supportive team setting.
