Job Description
St Patrick's College Townsville is seeking an experienced Residential Leader to join our Boarding House community.
You will provide leadership and care to residential staff and ensure the safety and development of boarding students, modelling professionalism and safeguarding at all times.
Flexibility and a calm, attentive approach are essential to success.
This rostered role includes morning, afternoon and night shifts, sleepovers and weekend work.
