The prospect

n

We are seeking an experienced Office & Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, support the Directors in business development, and oversee the day-to-day running of our St Leonards head office.

n

This is a twelve-month maternity leave contract, with potential for extension subject to business needs.

n

You will work alongside senior managers and Directors on everything from a LinkedIn campaign to a live tender deadline. No two days look the same, and that is the appeal.

n

Key responsibilities

n

Manage digital assets including the website, Instagram and LinkedIn

n

Manage the production of marketing assets and templates, including brochures and presentations

n

Set priorities for and review the output of the marketing team

n

Coordinate tenders, EOIs and fee proposals from initial review through to submission, including input from engineers, technical leads and Directors

n

Maintain business development registers and CRM

n

Organise client networking and industry events

n

Manage the day-to-day running of the office,



including suppliers

n

Coordinate staff travel, training bookings and first aid requirements

n

Maintain office policies and internal procedures

n

Coordinate internal events, fundraising activities and staff milestones

n

About you

n

6+ years of experience in marketing, office management or business administration, including supervision of junior staff

n

Demonstrated experience coordinating tenders, EOIs and fee proposals

n

Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, WordPress and Microsoft Office

n

Highly organised, with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines

n

Confident communicating with staff at all levels, as well as clients and suppliers

n

Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or administration are desirable

n
