Monitor and manage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution.

Troubleshoot hardware and software problems to maintain system performance.

Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for new users.

Document resolutions and maintain accurate service records.
n
Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams when required.

A successful Service Desk Analyst should have:

n

Minimum of 1 year experience in providing IT support in a professional environment.
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Knowledge of common hardware, software, and operating systems.
n
Excellent communication skills to assist users effectively.
n
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
n
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
n
A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
n
