This is a diverse all-round administration and accounts role covering everything involved in the administration of buying, trading and selling vehicles. You will take ownership of the day-to-day administration of the dealership, working closely with the team to ensure every vehicle transaction is processed accurately, efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities
Managing vehicle purchase and sales administration from start to finish
Processing VicRoads vehicle transfers and registrations
Preparing and maintaining vehicle documentation
Managing vehicle stock records and ensuring information is accurate
Processing invoices, bills and payments
Xero bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
Accounts payable and receivable administration
Reconciling vehicle purchases and sales
Coordinating documentation relating to vehicle purchases and trade-ins




Liaising with customers, suppliers, finance providers and other external parties

About you
Previous experience in the automotive industry – essential
Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
An understanding of vehicle purchasing, sales and trade-ins
Experience with VicRoads transfers and vehicle documentation
Solid computer and data-entry skills
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities
A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
