An exciting chance exists for an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist commercial and cost consultancy supporting the delivery of major infrastructure, engineering and construction projects across Australia.

n

This role will see you working directly with clients and project teams, providing strategic cost advice from planning through to project delivery on a diverse portfolio of high-value developments.

The Chance

n

n
Develop cost plans, estimates and budgets across all project phases.
n
Prepare detailed take-offs, quantities and pricing for complex projects.
n
Review tenders and provide commercial recommendations.
n
Deliver cost forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
n
Support value engineering and project cost optimisation initiatives.
n
Assist clients with risk management and commercial decision-making.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on major developments.
n

About You

n

n
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying,



Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
n
Experienced in cost planning, estimating and quantity surveying.
n
Solid knowledge of BOQs, take-offs and procurement processes.
n
Proficient with CostX or similar estimating software.
n
Background working on infrastructure, civil, building or resources projects.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
