This autonomous position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys building professional relationships, generating current business, and creating long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, conducting consultative conversations, and converting opportunities into ongoing business relationships. To support your success, referrals and leads are generated through a variety of channels, allowing you to focus on relationship-building and business development.

About You

Previous experience in Business Development, Property, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related industry
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Confident conducting professional and consultative conversations
n
Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
n
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team
n
Strata industry experience is advantageous but not essential
