Our dispatch role keeps our business running smoothly every single day.
Your work ensures our freshly baked bagels reach our four cafes safely + on time, and that our cafes are fully stocked and ready to have a great day!

Mile End Bagels – Melbourne
About the role;
Dispatch– Packing, loading, and delivering daily orders from our central bakery+kitchen (Fitzroy) to our four store locations in our company van.
Stock– Understanding FIFO (first in first out), conducting regular stocktakes, and monitoring inventory levels.
Maintenance– Organising our storage facility, keeping stock areas tidy and efficient,



and performing daily cleaning + maintenance tasks.
Communication– Coordinating with cafe, bakery + kitchen managers to ensure everything flows seamlessly.
About You;
You'll be a excellent fit if you are:
Reliable and punctual– you understand that logistics is about timing.
Physically capable– confident lifting, loading, and moving stock.
Licensed to drive– a valid driver's licence is a must.
Clear communicator– able to coordinate with multiple people and teams.
Availability;
Morning shifts:Mon-Thurs 5:30am: 12:30pm / Fri-Sun: 6:30am-1:00pm
Afternoon/evening shifts:Fri-Sat: 3:30pm-8:00pm.
Weekend availability will be prioritised!
