Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join a collaborative People & Culture team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services, employee perks administration, and payroll compliance while providing exceptional support to employees and stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong payroll processing, reconciliation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end payroll processing for a large workforce
n
Complex payroll calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations
n
Processing employee commencements, variations, and terminations
n
Managing superannuation, tax, workers compensation, and leave payments
n
Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
n
Providing payroll advice and support to employees and managers
n
Maintaining payroll records and ensuring data integrity
n
Supporting payroll improvement initiatives and system enhancements
n

About You
n
n




Proven end-to-end payroll experience
n
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards, superannuation, and taxation requirements
n
Experience processing employee lifecycle transactions from onboarding through to termination
n
High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills
n
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines
n

Desirable

Experience with Aurion or similar payroll/HRIS platforms
n
Experience working within a large, complex organisation
n
n
