About You:
Aspire Property Management is ready to welcome a suitably qualified applicant for the Position of Houseperson/Maintenance Assistant based in Noosa.
Aspire operates Noosa's leading holiday brands - Noosa Luxury Holidays, Sunshine Beach Accommodation and Accommodation in Noosa.
This important role is responsible for all aspects of holiday property management in line with our goal of providing exceptional services to our holiday guests and owners. The role requires a high-level of communication with guests, owners, and internal colleagues.
This position is directly responsible in assisting the front office and housekeeping departments. You will be expected to assist our housekeeping team with general cleaning duties and complete the lock ups of properties after the guest departure. This consists of checking the property for any damage, removing the linen and rubbish from the property, and completing a lock up check list. Whilst guests are in-house the houseperson will be responsible for assisting guests with general maintenance and troubleshooting requests and we provide the basic tools to assist you perform these duties. You may also be required to work in our office,
assisting the front desk with guest services, so previous experience with a property management system will be highly regarded.

Weekend work, school holidays and public holidays will be required, but there is plenty of flexibility over a 7 day roster.
