Energy & Water Ombudsman Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Knowledge & Policy Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term, full time basis. You will turn dispute resolution knowledge into practical guidance, shape policies and guidance, and support consistent complaint handling across EWOV.
