Wattletree Early Childhood Centre - Malvern VIC

Wattletree Early Childhood Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Educator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role with a fortnightly Rostered Day Off (RDO). The position is available for an immediate start, working in all classrooms across our service.

Key responsibilities
Work across all classrooms within the service
Build caring, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
Uphold strong qualified boundaries and actively promote child safety
Support children's learning and development in a nurturing, educational setting

About you
Minimum 12 months of experience in the early childhood sector
Diploma in Children's Services (or higher)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
Current Working With Children Check or VIT registration
National Child Safety Training and Child Protection Training Victoria
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training
Enthusiasm, reliability, and excellent communication skills
