A leading national utilities provider is rolling out a major end user technology upgrade across Victoria, and we're looking for several IT Support Admins to join the deployment team on the ground.

n

In this role, you'll be the face of the rollout for staff — setting up new devices, resolving issues on the spot, and making sure the transition to current technology is smooth across a range of sites.

n

This is a great fit if you like hands-on, people-facing IT work and want to be part of a large-scale project with real impact.

Full time, Monday to Friday

Some travel required across Victoria

What you'll be doing

n

n
Deploying and configuring laptops,



mobiles and tablets using Microsoft Intune
n
Managing device enrolment and compliance through Intune/MDM
n
Delivering face-to-face support to end users
n
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
n
Keeping tickets and asset records accurate and up to date
n
Supporting meeting room tech, printers and general workplace IT
n
Providing a high standard of customer service throughout
n

What we're looking for

n

n
Background in IT Support, Desktop Support, Deskside/EUC Support or Service Desk
n
Practical experience with Microsoft Intune (enrolment, config profiles, compliance policies)
n
Solid troubleshooting ability paired with strong customer service
n
Ability to thrive in a busy, onsite, fast-moving setting
n
Confidence supporting Windows devices
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel around Victoria
n
