Gipps Services Group provides property maintenance and improvement services to clients in the Senior Living sector and commercial office settings. As workload grows, we are building a network of trusted subcontractors across five trades to deliver this work on an ongoing basis. This is an opportunity for experienced, self-employed tradespeople to secure a consistent pipeline of work with professional clients, under a formal subcontractor agreement at pre-agreed rates.

Key responsibilities
Carpentry (fitout, repairs and joinery)
Plastering (set, render and patch)
Joinery
Tiling (floor, wall and wet areas)
Electrical (licensed — A-grade required)
Plumbing (licensed and fully insured)
Complete works in Senior Living facilities with high standard of finish, minimal disruption, and skilled manner
Deliver commercial tenancy works with schedule and handover requirements, prioritising speed,



reliability, and quality under pressure

About you
Demonstrated experience in property maintenance (residential, commercial, or facility environments)
Current trade licence or registration where required
Public liability insurance (minimum $10M) and applicable workers compensation
Qualified, client-facing manner — you will interact directly with residents, tenants, and building managers
Strong communication — you keep the client and our team informed
Own tools and vehicle; capacity to work independently
ABN registered and able to invoice as a subcontractor
