About the Role
As a member of our Front of House team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Providing warm, professional and attentive service
Confidently managing a section during busy service periods
Offering knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
Assisting guests with wine selections and menu choices
Maintaining high presentation and service standards
Supporting your team to deliver seamless service
Contributing to a positive and energetic workplace culture
Continuing to build your food, wine and hospitality knowledge
About You
We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and thrive in a rapid‑paced restaurant setting.
You’ll ideally have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy restaurant, pub or premium dining venue
A current Victorian RSA Certificate
Strong communication and customer service skills
A passion for food, wine and hospitality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Skilled presentation and attention to detail
Availability across evenings,
weekends and public holidays
Wine knowledge or an interest in developing your wine expertise highly regarded
