Are you a leading hand or site foreman ready to move into project management? Or a Junior PM looking for the next step? Our client is a growing electrical contractor based in Alexandria with a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects across NSW and Sydney. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join their team and develop into a Senior PM.

The Role
n
You will take responsibility for electrical projects from award through to completion, with support from an experienced PM and leadership team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Manage project schedules, programs and key milestones.
n
Manage procurement, supplier quotes, purchase orders and material deliveries
n
Manage project documentation, variations, RFIs and progress claims.
n
Track project costs and budgets
n
Coordinate with clients, head contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
n
Ensure WHS, quality and electrical compliance requirements are met.
n
Maintain project documentation, including ITPs, O&M; manuals and as-builts
n
n
About You
n
This role suits someone with an electrical background who wants to build a career in project management.
n
You may be:
n
n
A site foreman with strong project coordination experience
n




A Junior PM or Contract Administrator ready for more responsibility
n
Someone with electrical or building services project experience who wants to progress
n
n
You will have:
n
n
Electrical trade
qualifications/licence
or strong
electrical/building
services experience
n
Previous project coordination, project management or contract administration
experienceKnowledge
of procurement, scheduling and project costs
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn recent systems quickly
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
n
What's On Offer?

$100,000 - $130,000 + Super, based on experience.For the right experienced candidate, a vehicle may also form part of the package
