You'll report directly to the TJM Ipswich Branch Manager and play a key role in connecting experienced 4WD enthusiasts with the right gear for their journey.



You know how to listen, advise, and follow through; ensuring that every customer leaves with the confidence their needs have been understood and met with professionalism and insight.
What you'll bring to the Team
Proven success in sales, ideally within the automotive or 4WD sector,
Strong product knowledge or a responsible passion for the 4WD/outdoor lifestyle,
Exceptional customer service skills and a consultative sales approach,
A collaborative mindset, integrity, and an enthusiastic work ethic,
