ABOUT THE ROLE: n
Reporting to the State Manager - WA, we're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our team on a Parental Leave Fixed-Term contract.



As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for the delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: n
n
Responding promptly to customers (internal and external) via phone and email
n
Processing payments and purchase orders
n
Forwarding current business leads to the relevant Sales Account Executive for follow-up
n
Sharing relevant information with other teams to ensure customer deliveries are met on time
n
Logging and monitoring authorised Goods Return requests
n
Issuing documentation to customers as required
n
Accurately entering and updating orders in the system, in line with customer requirements and company policy
n
Keeping sales order information up to date, liaising with other departments as needed
n
Reviewing production schedule reports to confirm delivery dates for all order
n
