You Must Have

Proven experience in à la carte table service within a fast-paced, quality-driven venue
n
Robust knowledge of wine service (confidence presenting, opening, and serving wine correctly)

Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional presence
n
The ability to manage a section independently
n
Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
