Ventia is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to partner with field teams across Victorian road maintenance operations, driving a positive safety culture and continuous improvement on critical infrastructure works.

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the role blends field engagement, risk management, audits and reporting, with the aim of influencing secure behaviours and supporting incident investigations.
