A well-respected financial planning firm on the Gold Coast is seeking a Bookkeeping Team Leader to work closely with the Finance Manager. You will be client-centric, leading a small team and providing expert bookkeeping advice across a portfolio of clients.
Your day-to-day includes Xero reconciliations, payroll processing, BAS preparation and lodgement, and general ledger reconciliations. You'll mentor staff, review work, onboarding current clients, and identify efficiencies across systems.
