About you
Previous retail experience is essential
Previous experience working in a garden centre, nursery, or horticultural workplace is highly desirable
A genuine interest in plants, gardening, and horticulture
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, move, water, and care for plants and pots
Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the nursery clean, tidy, and visually appealing
Availability to work 4–5 days per week, with 8am–5pm shifts, including regular weekends
