What you'll do:
n
n
Implement recommendations from financial advice plans for our clients.
n
Maintain accurate client records.
n
Complete administrative duties such as booking appointments, maintaining calendars, answering phone calls, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
n
Develop and sustain strong client relationships,
serving as a reliable point of contact.
n
Liaise with third parties including accountants and/or lawyers for a comprehensive client service.
n

Desirable (not essential) qualifications and experience:

Experience working in a financial advice support role.
n
Knowledge of financial planning concepts, investment products, and financial markets.
n
Proficient use of financial planning software, CRM systems, and portfolio management tools.
n
Understanding of compliance standards and regulatory requirements in the financial planning industry.
