About the Role
n
Working within our highly successful internal talent team, you will be instrumental in the continued growth of our national team of allied health professionals. This role will suit someone who enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle, values strong hiring manager relationships,
and wants the autonomy to source creatively, provide market insight and help shape a best-practice recruitment function. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
n
Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of allied health roles
n
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, recruitment priorities and realistic timeframes
n
Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future vacancies, including passive candidate engagement
n
Develop effective sourcing strategies using SEEK Talent, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
n
Screen, shortlist and engage candidates in a way that reflects Bloom Healthcare's values and culture
n
Conduct engaging candidate phone interviews and provide clear, timely communication throughout the process
n
Coordinate interviews, feedback and next steps while maintaining a positive candidate experience
n
Manage background screening, reference checks and offer support with care and attention to detail
n
Provide market insights, salary intelligence and recruitment advice to internal stakeholders
n
Contribute ideas to improve employer branding, recruitment advertising, candidate attraction and hiring processes
n
Track recruitment activity and use data to support better hiring decisions, pipeline visibility and continuous improvement
n
What You'll Need
n
A minimum of 2 years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in an internal,
agency or healthcare recruitment environment
n
Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding support
n
Experience recruiting within allied health, healthcare, disability, aged care or community services will be highly regarded
n
Strong sourcing capability, including the ability to identify, approach and build relationships with passive candidates
n
A genuine interest in employer branding, candidate experience and long-term talent pipeline development
n
The ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment while staying organised, responsive and commercially aware
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders
n
Confidence using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, SEEK Talent and recruitment data to support decision-making
n
An innovative, proactive and people-centred approach to finding and engaging top talent
n
Experience recruiting within the allied health industry highly regarded
n
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
n
Possess an innovative approach to finding top talent
n
Confidence in approaching passive candidates
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
