About the Role
n
As our Warehouse All-Rounder, you will play an significant part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
n
The position will initially be based at our Bayswater North warehouse. Please note that our warehouse will be relocating to Rowville in October ****, so applicants must be able to work from both locations.
n
This is not a role where you will be doing the same task all day. You will work across receiving, stock handling, order dispatch, deliveries, furniture assembly and event setup.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries
n
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately
n
Maintaining stock levels and inventory records
n
Organising stock and keeping the warehouse clean and safe
n
Safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks
n
Assisting with local customer deliveries when required
n
Assembling furniture and setting up showroom displays
n
Supporting exhibition setup, pack-down and event logistics
n




Working closely with the warehouse and operations team
n
Helping wherever needed to keep daily operations moving efficiently
n

About You
n
You will be a great fit for this position if you are:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to safely complete the physical requirements of the role, including regularly lifting and moving heavy or bulky furniture
n
Careful and accurate when handling stock and customer orders
n
A good communicator who works well with others
n
Flexible and willing to assist across warehouse, delivery, showroom and exhibition duties
n
Able to work in Bayswater North initially and Rowville following the warehouse relocation
n
n
Previous warehouse, logistics, furniture or delivery experience is preferred. A forklift licence is highly regarded; however, candidates willing to obtain one are also encouraged to apply.
n
A current driver's licence is also highly regarded.
