Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Adelaide, SA

Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures. You'll partner with experienced Territory Managers, gain hands-on clinical and commercial experience, and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high-performance healthcare setting.

What You Will Do
n
n
Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures.
n
Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres.
n
Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology.
n
Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
n
Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans.
n
Assist with account management and sales growth activities.
n
Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics.
n
Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies.
n

What You Will Need
n
Required Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline.
n
Valid driver's licence.
n
Ability to travel regularly throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia.
n




Ability to work in operating theatre environments.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer-facing role.
n
Experience supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.
n
Experience coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project-based activities.
n
Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices.
