About the role
n
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services across community and clinic environments.
n
Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Conducting functional and occupational therapy assessments
n
Developing individualised therapy and intervention plans
n
Supporting clients to achieve their personal and functional goals
n
Activities of daily living assessments
n
Home and community assessments
n
Assistive technology and equipment recommendations
n




Capacity building and skill development
n
Environmental and functional assessments
n
NDIS-related assessments and reporting
n
Clinical documentation and report writing
n
Working collaboratively with families, carers, support coordinators and other professionals
n
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
