Join our close-knit Infrastructure team of five in a permanent full-time Brisbane CBD role, supporting a modern cloud-first network environment across 220+ sites throughout Australia's eastern seaboard. Working alongside experienced Level 3 specialists, you'll leverage technologies including SD-WAN, Azure Networking, ZTNA and network segmentation to deliver network improvements, solve complex challenges and maintain high-performing, secure connectivity. Offering a hybrid 3-day office, 2-day WFH arrangement, this role provides the autonomy to make an impact while being supported by a collaborative team that values accountability, continuous learning and the best ideas, regardless of where they come from.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Support 220+ sites across a large-scale cloud-first network workplace
n
Manage SD-WAN, Azure Networking, firewalls and connectivity services
n
Lead infrastructure upgrades and strategic network improvement projects
n
Provide Level 3 escalation support for complex technical issues
n




Strengthen security through network segmentation and cyber best practices
n

What You'll Bring
n

Strong experience managing enterprise network infrastructure
n
Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, ZTNA and Azure Networking
n
Firewall administration expertise across leading platforms
n
Knowledge of network security, segmentation and best practices
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
3+ years' experience in a Network Administrator or similar role
n
Right to work in Australia
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
n
