The Opportunity
n
As a BOQ Estimator, you will ensure accurate pricing across all brands and ranges, acting as the key BOQ and pricing expert supporting Sales and Production Estimating while managing risks before construction.
n
This is a full time, permanent opportunity based at our Derrimut office (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm). WFH Opportunities.

What You'll Do
n
n
Maintain the Master BOQ's across all brands and ranges
n
Manage/create VPB items with pricing and ongoing maintenance
n
Create and maintain Minibills for:n
n
Sales Estimating
n
Production Estimating
n
n
Create and maintain Facade Minibills
n
Maintain/Create Design Option pricing
n
Maintain/Create Retail Pricing structures
n
Manage Display Estimating inputs and Display Option Lists (DOLs)
n
Support rollout of new ranges, specifications, promotions, and pricing updates
n




Act as a pricing and BOQ reference point for Sales and Production Estimating teams
n
Identify and mitigate BOQ-related estimating risks before construction
n

What You'll Bring
n

Residential construction estimating experience
n
Strong understanding of Bills of Quantities and pricing structures
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Solid Excel and estimating system capability
n
Exposure to VPB, design options, displays, and retail pricing
n
Understanding of both Sales and Production Estimating workflows
n
