Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
n
Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed
n
Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
n
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
n




Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards
n
Transparent tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
n
Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
n
Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
n
Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
n
