Focused on renewable energy projects for blue chip commercial and industrial businesses,

this role owns end-to-end program delivery and reporting, leading a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators. You'll be accountable for safe, on-time, on-budget delivery, portfolio profitability, and continuous improvement of workflow and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Secure and successful delivery of all projects in the program
n
Portfolio profitability and internal budget allocation
n
Leading and resourcing a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators
n
Developing and improving workflow processes
n
Developing and improving performance reporting, including financial and resource management
n
Direct project management delivery where required
n
First point of escalation for incidents or disputes
n




Management of program risk
n
Technical scope finalisation (pre- and post-sales), including failure mode analysis for hybrid systems
n

What You'll Bring

Experience in commercial grid-connected solar and storage project management
n
Strong risk management and technical scoping skills
n
Proven leadership, mentoring and team management ability
n
A track record in project management and performance delivery
n
Process development and management experience
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
n
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple teams
