The Opportunity
n
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our Service Department.
n
You will play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a professional, efficient, and positive experience from the moment they book their vehicle in through to collection.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Greet and assist customers when they arrive for their scheduled service or repair
n
Understand customer concerns and accurately communicate vehicle requirements to the workshop
n
Prepare service bookings, repair orders, and customer documentation
n




Provide customers with explicit updates throughout the service process
n
Communicate recommended repairs and additional work in a professional and transparent manner
n
Liaise closely with Technicians, the Workshop Foreman, Parts Department, and Service Manager
n
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
n
Follow up outstanding work and ensure customers are kept informed
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong, long-term customer relationships
n
Assist with maintaining high customer satisfaction and dealership service standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience is advantageous but not essential
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
n
