Job Description
Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for the Community Living Supports program in Tuggerah. You will deliver psychosocial supports, using a recovery-oriented, person-centred approach to help consumers achieve personal goals and improve quality of life in the community.

Responsibilities include developing recovery plans, assisting with skills development, and facilitating engagement with community services while maintaining thorough documentation.
